I recommend this sushi restaurant in Tokyo Tsukiji fish market.
Hello! I am Japanese Takao. ^^
I’m a beginner at English, but I’ll try my best to introduce Japan.
Thank you for your support.
It is a hot today in Tokyo. I think you had better not visit Japan in summer season.
This photo is “Tsukiji Hongan ji”, Tsukiji temple.
I went to Tsukiji fish market and ate sushi on Thursday.
There are so many sushi restaurants at the market.
I recommend Iwasa Sushi restaurant above all.
Amazon Japan CEO has come here also!
Of course many workers in Tsukiji love this restaurant.
I ate “Tokujyou” sushi, it means special.
I love “maki” sushi too, yummy.
Everything is fresh and Maguro, Red Clam are so delicious especially.
When you watch below the movie, you will know how to make sushi by Japanese chef.
This chef is making sushi with the sashimi knife.
It is called “Yanagi hocho”.
His knife is ARITSUGU.
This knife is recommended for those who enjoy preparing sashimi. It is a long and thin knife which gives you ease in thinly cutting fish and shellfish.
ARITSUGU is the most popular of Japanese chefs.
You will know Yanagi knife’s in detail, when you watch below the movie.
You can make sushi and sashimi with this knife.
